Parking
Will be very limited - the City of Edmonton is allowing us to park on the field, as long as no damage occurs.
NO RV’S or campers allowed on grass
There will be Volunteer Parking in the parking lot only
We will have a rider and bike drop off area.
TENT CITY
2 areas for tents will be set up.
the area directly in front of the fence, is booked with teams and club tents
the area in front of the community hall is for family tents, team tents (if the have larger groups) It is first come first serve. you can set up friday
We will have onsite Paladine Security.
